When setting the repetition rate to 2MHz on FNS-AX4 and observing the waveform with an oscilloscope, the first pulse is applied as set, but the voltage drops for subsequent pulses. Is this a malfunction?

When setting the repetition rate to 2MHz on FNS-AX4 and observing the waveform with an oscilloscope, the first pulse is applied as set, but the voltage drops for subsequent pulses. Is this a malfunction?

The voltage drop when setting the repetition rate to 2MHz is not a malfunction.
The guaranteed range for repetition rate waveforms is 5-100kHz. When exceeding 100kHz, the capacitor is not sufficiently charged, resulting in voltage lower than the set value.
At the beginning of output, the capacitor is sufficiently charged, so the waveform at the set voltage is output.
To verify if there is a malfunction, please check within the repetition rate range of 5-100kHz.
