There are three possible causes listed below. If none of these apply, investigation by our Customer Service Center is required.
①The V monitor cable and A monitor cable are not connected to the oscilloscope simultaneously
②An isolation transformer is not connected to the oscilloscope power supply
③The monitor cable is too close (less than 10cm) to the surge application cable
