[Test Equipment] Can lightning surge tests be performed on an EUT that has voltage at the application point (e.g., output port of power supply equipment, power conditioner, etc.)?

・LSS-6330: Testing is possible if it does not exceed the CDN voltage. Phase angle application is possible by turning LINE SW ON.
   Refer to the manual "EUT LINE Voltage Detection" (Application from pulse out is not possible)
・LSS-F03: Software modification for constant hot switch operation is required.
After modification, do not exceed CDN voltage. Phase angle application is possible by turning LINE SW ON. (Surge out application is not possible.)
