Please tell me about the equipment arrangement (test environment).

The test environment for power lines involves placing an insulation support stand with a height of 0.1m on the ground plane, and placing the Equipment Under Test (EUT) on top of it. The length of the power line is 0.5m, or 1m for floor-standing equipment.
