Is there any problem with applying to terminals outputting DC24V or AC100V?

There is no problem. Do not connect the ground cable of the discharge gun to the EUT; connect it to the ground plane as usual. Connecting it to the EUT may cause short circuits or damage to the power supply of the electrostatic tester.
