In the standard, when testing signal lines, the EUT power line is taken from a separate line (without passing through the simulator). Considering test efficiency, is it acceptable to evaluate by passing the power line through the simulator's EUT line?

There is no problem, but when testing the power line, please pay attention to the cable distance from the simulator line output section to the EUT (it must be separated 50cm from the EUT).
For tabletop EUT: 0.5m -0m/+0.1m  For floor-standing EUT: 1m ±0.1m
