How should testing be performed for an EUT with an AC adapter during IEC 61000-4-4 testing?

IEC61000-4-4 does not provide any special specification for the test method for an EUT with an AC adapter.
The following two points specified in the standard are considered.
1. The distance between the simulator and the EUT is 50cm.
2. Each part of the EUT is separated by 50cm.

If there is an AC adapter, the AC adapter is also considered part of the EUT, so first place the AC adapter at a position 50cm from the simulator according to item 1 above.

Then, according to item 2 above, separate the AC adapter and the product body by 50cm. At this time, also make the distance from the simulator 50cm, thereby satisfying item 1 above as well.
