How is the tester setup performed?
The tester setup is specified in detail, including the placement and connection method of the test object. The following are examples of a typical setup:
Tabletop equipment: A wooden table 0.8 m high is placed on the ground plane, and a horizontal coupling plane (1.6 m × 0.8 m) is placed on it. The horizontal coupling plane is connected to the ground plane through two 470 kΩ resistors.
Floor-standing equipment: An insulating support 0.1 m high is placed on the ground plane, and the EUT is placed on it. The vertical coupling plane is also connected to the ground plane with two 470 kΩ resistors.
