Noise escapes toward the side with lower impedance, so depending on the surrounding environment and the lengths of other wiring, noise may propagate through the earth wire.

However, we cannot guarantee whether the noise components propagating in the actual environment are the same as the noise components generated by the fast transient/burst simulator.
